About the event
In this lively class, students will spend some time learning all about the "fruit of the gods" that was once used as currency. What makes it so special, how to know the difference in the percentages, flavor pairings and much more will be covered.
Each student will participate in a chocolate tasting to find out which is your favorite!
Students will also learn how to make a rich and creamy chocolate mousse and silky smooth chocolate ganache, the basis for chocolate truffles.
Each student will take home a packet of recipes and any treats not enjoyed in class. Suitable for people 12 and older. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Aprons/towels, and a beverage (coffee and water) will be provided.
