As the Founder, Owner, and Pastry Chef of this cozy little bakery nestled in Chelsea, I am thrilled to share with you one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work—teaching hands-on baking classes.  


Why I love teaching

Teaching holds a special place in my heart. There’s something magical about watching someone’s face light up as they master a new skill or create something beautiful and delicious with their own hands. Baking, to me, is not just about following recipes—it's about understanding ingredients, techniques, and the science behind the process.  It's the joy of sharing what you make with others.  Our classes are designed to be more than just instructional sessions; they are fun experiences with your best friend, mother, sister, brother and friends you haven't met yet!  


What You Can Expect

In our classes, you’ll have fun learning to make a variety of bakery favorites—from crusty breads and flaky pie crust to delicate French macarons and mouth-watering cookies. We focus on techniques that you can easily replicate at home, demystifying the art of baking and making it accessible to all.


The atmosphere in our classes is fun, warm and welcoming. We keep the class sizes small to ensure everyone receives individual attention. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, experiment, and of course, taste your creations! Plus, you'll leave with a selection of goodies to share with family and friends, along with newfound confidence and skills.

  • Artisan Bread: Perfect for beginners, this class covers the basics of fermented breads, including mixing, kneading, and shaping dough.

  • Perfect Pies: Learn the secrets to flaky crusts and delicious fillings just in time for the holiday season or any reason at all.

  • French Macarons 101: Master the techniques for these delicate, colorful cookies, from meringue to piping to filling.
